At Totally Random Gifts, we’re committed to delivering your t-shirts as quickly and efficiently as possible. Basically, we'll ship it as fast as possible, but there could occasionally be delays that are out of our control.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Totally Random Gifts. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the following return and exchange policy:

Return Eligibility: We don't want it. You got a free shirt if we deem your product faulty.

Return Process: To initiate a claim, please contact us at contact@totallyrandomgifts.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to complain about. We require you to contact us within 14 days of deliver and provide a picture of the product in brand new condition.

Refund Policy: We only provide refunds in cases where there is a clear printing error. We will not offer refunds in cases where the wrong size was ordered or wrong color.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned t-shirt(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
